Life coaching is NOT Therapy.
Life coaching differs from Therapy and is not a replacement for qualified mental health treatment. How long are the sessions?
Sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes by Zoom, Google Hangouts, FaceTime, or Phone call.
Clients meet one time per week.
Most clients combine Fitness Training with Life Coaching to develop unity in the mind-body connection.
