“Seven months ago, I was easily winded with the shortest of walks and my joints screamed when I got up off the couch (which is where I spent a lot of my time).  I had never been one to exercise regularly….ever - not in my 40s, my 30s, my 20s.  So it’s no surprise that I felt like a woman much older than my 55 years.  The scale was creeping up and the future was not looking good. When I began working with Rob, I had no real experience with weight training. Rob took the time to explain and demonstrate how each exercise should be done in a way that I would understand. Sometimes, he had to do this more than once. This let me know what each exercise accomplished, helped to ensure I was using proper form, and that I could do the exercises on my own. Rob also provided guidance on nutrition to help with my weight loss.

Rob made each workout challenging for me. He motivated me to push past my perceived limits to get results.
